I am using Prime infrastructure 3.1 and MSE's version is 7.4.100.0.

I created network topology and added access point's.Now I can see clients on the list but there is no clients on the site map.

Do you have any idea about problem ?

First thing first ensure compatibility for wireless infrastructure-  look at table 4

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/compatibility/matrix/compatibility-matrix.html#52734

secondly if its compatible, you might want to match the key hash between WLC and MSE and ensure they are synced.

[root@mse ~]# cmdshell

cmd> show server-auth-info

----------------
Server Auth Info
----------------
MAC Address: 00:0c:29:xx:xx.xx
SHA1 Key Hash: 0a92acd20a9ee6b26159d4878d2bdcce7585xxxx
SHA2 Key Hash: b2516e4f014997aaf2d74468788ab308f2ed48da4ca6643ff1bfa84a6eecxxxx
Certificate Type: SSC

(5508-1) >show auth-list

Mac Addr                  Cert Type    Key Hash
-----------------------   ----------   ------------------------------------------
00:0c:29:a8:2d:50         LBS-SSC-SHA256      b2516e4f014997aaf2d74468788ab308f2ed48da4ca6643ff1bfa84a6eecxxxx

Let me know if this helps.

-hope this helps-

Its not working,I checked compability guide everything is ok after that I checked key hash , they matched.

What should I check now ?

getserverinfo - make sure MSE is running properly

telnet -p 443 from prime to MSE to ensure reacheability

Lastly try "ncs stop"/"nsc start", some bugs with similar issue have workaround with this "CSCuy43823", if still dosen't work, open a TAC case.

-hope this helps-

The problem solved.

Really thanks!
