MSE Reachability Status is always unreachable !!

I am using Prime infrastructure 3.1 and MSE's version is 7.4.100.0.

I created network topology and added access point's.Now I can see clients on the list but there is no clients on the site map.

Do you have any idea about problem ?

First thing first ensure compatibility for wireless infrastructure-  look at table 4

secondly if its compatible, you might want to match the key hash between WLC and MSE and ensure they are synced.

Its not working,I checked compability guide everything is ok after that I checked key hash , they matched.

What should I check now ? 

getserverinfo - make sure MSE is running properly

telnet -p 443 from prime to MSE to ensure reacheability

Lastly try "ncs stop"/"nsc start", some bugs with similar issue have workaround with this "CSCuy43823", if still dosen't work, open a TAC case.
