Not able to login to Cisco CT5760-WLC via GUI

Hi,

We have Cisco AIR-CT5760 WLC is HA, Currently we are not able to login to WLC GUI. GUI access was working fine till last week. Please find the attached error screen while login to WLC GUI. 

Below is the configuration applied in WLC for GUI login.

user-name admin
creation-time 1477291979
privilege 15
secret 4 PS8vjzt1fUf80Pu6Jx4ZuTFtd2XMfEfRKTZoCPWA7AX
type mgmt-user

I am able to login to WLC CLI with same local user account with full privilege. 

Please let me know, for a solution to this issue.

check:

did you configured  "ip http secure-server"

did you also try to access vai http access!!!

if both commands are laredy cnfigured and still not able to acess then it must be a BUG:

workaround is to remove the remove 'ip http access-class' command

Hi

"ip http secure-server" is configured &  "ip http access-class" is also not configured. Still i am not able to login to GUI.

Please let me know, for any solution.

if both commands are already configured and still not able to acess then it must be a BUG:

run this command: no ip http access-class
