One MSE Two Primes

Can one MSE be managed by two different Prime Infrastructure servers, say if the Prime servers are in an HA setup or independent of each other?

Yes it should be, actually prime is not managing MSE, it simply communicate with MSE to get location based info

I hope you have MSE 8.x or earlier ( in CMX 10.x we can't even add CMX onto prime)

An MSE is added only if a valid IP address is entered. The Device Name helps you distinguish between devices if you have multiple Prime Infrastructures, but it is not considered when validating an MSE. MSE and prime communicates for services.
