PI 3.4 schedule report generates start time is different from PI 2.1

Hello Everyone,

I configured schedule report in the PI 2.1 and PI 3.4.
The schedule report recurrence was configured per every hour.

I found in the PI 2.1 report generates start time is the integer.

In the PI 3.4, the report generates start time is accumulated.

How do I to configure the PI 3.4 to generate the schedule report at the every integer time?
