I'm sort of new to the job and I am having difficulty getting a good grasp of all the templates, profiles, SSID, etc in the Features and Technologies section of Prime Infrastructure 3.4. I'm trying to figure out how they are related and what order to make things. I have one profile in the pull down list, for WLAN VLAN mapping that I can't even find , but it's in there somewhere. I would be a WHOLE lot more productive if this process was clear. The instructions that I find on the Cisco either don't match version 3.4 or seem to skip steps because you're supposed to already know this stuff.
Is there a way to schedule Cisco training ? How do I find out who my Rep is to ask ?
