Can't do Audit and Refresh from Config and giving the Error: Access is denied..

check the following link. It seems to me some bug issue.
Further more whats version your using for PI and do you did migration or its standalone PI ?

1- First check credentials you are using to logon to PI [Use admin with full rights]
2- Change your Browser
3- Disable and enable auditing from PI console then use it via GUI.
