Radius Server setup for Cisco 2700e series AP in autonomous mode

Should Radius Server setup work if I am configuring a Cisco 2700e series AP in autonomous mode?  I put all my Server Manager information in via the GUI, but the Security tab overview page does not show the Radius status to be EAP and Admin enabled.  When I setup my Cisco 1252 APs, it works fine.  Am I missing a setting, or is EAP only able to work in the controller based lightweight mode?

EAP works with 2700 AP's. Kindly go through the document below for the right configuration:
