Reboot Loop With CAPWAP AP 2800 to 2800I WITH EXPRESS MOBILITY AP - HELP

Hello,
 
I can't join ap 2800i to other 2800I with Mobility Express. Both APs have IOS Version 8.5.151.

A Constant Reboot Loop already reported  on Bug CSCvi11287 and the work around is to disable the Radio 0. But i can't do it.

Could you please be so kind to help me  with this please?

I think you must disable on cisco WLC by using the command:

config 802.11b disable network
