Hi Guys

I have Installed the latest version of cisco prime 3.4 using the ova file on ESXI 6.0, however after the initial configuration i am unable to login via the web GUI.

1. The web GUI Loads

2. I've tried all the usernames and passwords i used when installing it via the CLI

3. I receive the message, authentication failure

4. I can login to the CLI with no problems at all

Any suggestions? is there a default username and password for it

You can change or add GUI usernames via the CLI

configure terminal
username admin password plain role admin

to create a new account just replace the "admin" with your account name
