Unable to push ssid password from Cisco Prime

Hi All,

 

I am unable to push the ssid password from Cisco Prime. getting below error,

 

CA Backup failed before deploy Gues user password

 

Archive, before deployed, is failed. Check error details from Job Dashboard by manually scheduling archive for the device. To continue to deploy in these scenarios, disable Configuration Setting(Backup Device Configuration) for configuration archive from
Administration --> System Settings --> Configuration

 

Please tell me how to solve this issue.

 

1. No firewall block

2. WLC able to ping from the Prime

 - 1) Check available disk space on the Prime server (show disks). 2) Verify Prime operational status with ncs status.
