Universal Workgroup Bridge does not assign IP from foreign access point

Hi guys.

I have setup WGB from cisco 811W to non cisco (openwrt) access point (MAC: c25a.2040.9f36) using c811w following configuration:

foreign access point powered by OpenWRT in dump bridge mode and not filtering any flows (it just performing authentication and autorisation using WPA2, aes-ccmp w/ PSK)

whenever I connect from Windows 7 x64 computer to same SSID a81m-guest using same PSK it gets assigned IP address and unrestricted access to internet.
