I'm not able to see 90% of user name when I run the guest association report from WCS. I've tested the guest WLAN and I'm able to get connected using a test guest ID. I can see from the report my MAC, IP, but not the user name. I've tested this on mobile smart phones and laptops. Sometimes it would report the username but not all the time.
I'm using web authentication for the guest WLAN and WCS is running v.7.0.164.3
