Web Login Page Message not Wrapping

On my WISM, running 6.0.182, I configured the message on the web login page with our normal disclaimer.  However when the Guest Login Page is displayed for the users, the message does not wrap and runs on and on to the right.  The spacing on the words is even off.  I have tried everything.

Any ideas?

I am not exactly sure if this is the issue, but trying inputting it as HTML text using parargraphing and such..

The webauth piece is kinda funky.

Sounds like defect CSCta45156.  This is fixed in 6.0.188.0 and beyond, but if you can hold out, I'd wait til the next release of 6.0, that is rumored to be out shortly.
