1. Update the firmware of the controller; 2. What radio are the wireless clients connected to before they fall off? 2.4 Ghz or 5.0 Ghz? 3. What was their RSSI prior to falling off? 4. Co-channel interference check? 5. Have you tried to reproduce the issue?
