I use Cisco AiroNet and have multissid WiFI

What can I filter users by MAC address only on specific SSID?

Filter MAC addressed against specific SSID?  Then you do this on the switch.  You put a MAC-based ACL and apply it to the VLAN interface you do not want the clients to go.
