Hi,

Also please check chrome version

Our Chrome version is

Hi Sujith,

You can disable HTTP access using below command

config network webmode  disable

This command allows users to access the controller GUI using "http://ip-address." The default value is disabled. Web mode is not a secure connection.

You can do it via Management -> HTTP-HTTPS config page as well (see any certificate install under that page for webadmin purposes)

Regarding Chrome version, I think I had that version, but when I clicked it upgraded to below. No problem with any of those.

Version 68.0.3440.84 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I've seen this on 8.5.131.0.
Once you've authenticated, and nothing comes out, open a new tab.

Software Version 8.2.170.0

Hi,

Still the issue is there .

Thanks,

You need to make sure if you install a 3rd party certificate that is not generated from a root CA that is new as that root CA might not be in the trusted root CA on guest devices. Ran into that once and the Cert company regenerated a new cert from an older Root CA.

You can always disable https for guest also and don’t worry about dealing with any cert.
