Hello community,

our customer has complained, that on SNMP trap message he is not able to see SSID to which client was trying to connect.

the message is for example :

Client 'X  (0.0.0.0)' which was associated with
interface '802.11a/n/ac' of AP X 1-A01' is excluded. The reason
code is '4(802.1X Authentication failed 3 times.)'.

could you help me out how to set up SNMP setting to see SSID/WLAN ? or it is not supported on WLC?

Hello

For an authentication failure we do not see what is the SSID the client is trying to connect, we only see the SSID when the client has been successfully auth

Client Authenticated: MAC Address:d0:c0:bf:8d:a0:39, Base Radio MAC:2c:5a:0f:3b:d9:60, Slot:1, Username:Unknown, IP Addr:172.16.66.109, SSID:WPA3-Test
