WLSE 1030 Express

I just got a WLSE 1030 Express which won't boot. After plugging the console cable in and turning it on, I wasn't able to get to the cli. Then, I tried plugging in a monitor and a keyboard and I saw the following error: NO BOOT CD. It seems like the BIOS can't detect any HD on the machine, so it tries to boot from the CD. I tried loading the discs that came with the hardware, but it didn't help. Anyone ever seen this? thanks

Connect via the console on the box, not via the video port. Re-boot and check to see if it is even doing the POST. Can try changing the boot order in the BIOS to force it to boot off the CD drive via the recovery CD. Other wise, may need to replace the box.

Thanks for the reply! I openned up the box and it turns out the HD flat cable was disconnected. Why? I have no idea; the device is brand new. Anyways, it's working now. Thanks again!
