Boost mobile phone signal with cisco wireless technology

Hi,

Wondering if some one can help with the following scenario?

In UK, we have a site where mobile phone signals are very week, Is there a product or solution in Cisco wireless/ VoIP family which we can install and boost the signal to use mobile phone services such as Vodafone, O2, Orange?

Any help will highly be appreciated.
