Re: CBW240AC subordinate AP Offline issue

hi,

i have 8 CBW240AC (10.7.1) in a Group 1Ap workings as Primary (Master) and 7 as Subordinate APs this setup was working well from last 4 months but lately i am having issues with Subordinate APs these 7 AP are randomly going offline /online. i check in logs which shows below error

I ran into a similar issue where the bridge group name did not match on the subordinate APs. Link on the topic below:

hi,

i followed this technote but i don't have any Mesh Option on Primary AP.

i still get below error in logs.

Hello,

Not having a mesh option in a WLAN with subordinate APs does not sound right to me. Mesh is required for subordination, unless setting each as a single primary WLAN. Can you share a screenshot of the screen where the mesh option should be available?

Sorry for confusion. All the APs in the network have a Wired Uplink. The APs in the network are Primary capable. One among them is serving as a Primary AP.

No worries. In the screenshot titled wifi.png, if you click the action button to the left of each AP, you'll be able to view the bridge group name. Ensuring they were all the same, solved the issue I was experiencing.
