Hello Support Experts,
We have a Cisco RV220 Wireless Network Security Firewall. Currently it's configured to provide access only to select users. I was asked configure it to provide access to users from hot spots or home networks. The thought is that on the road, or at home they would use their home network or a hot spot location to VPN to the RV220 to access documents that they needed.
My assumption was to configure VPN with the users accessing with the QuickVPN client. I followed the configuration steps, but VPN access failed.
Has anyone attempted or succeeded in a configuration like this? I've read a number of posts with users having issues just configuring the VPN and accessing with QuickVPN.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Michael

Thanks for the post. I resolved the issue earlier this evening, just didn't get around to marking this completed.
