The issue I am having is when I use the Wizard to setup the unit and change the password. It then tells me the password/username is invaild. I have rset the unit and have tried a few times. If I don't use the wizard it works fine.
Any ideas?

Hi Don, thank you for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan I am part of the Small business Support community. I apologize for your inconvenience you are having, in some devices you have to change your password at least once in order to use it, the default password always is cisco or admin. However it could be a firmware error, you could install the firmware again, you can find the last release (1.0.2.3) here, then reconfigure your device manually, in order to avoid any error from the old configuration. I hope you find this answer useful,

Hello,
Do you enable password complexity during the Wizard setup ? If so, the password has to be consistent with what is required of the password complexity settings. The links are for the wizard setup and configuration of password complexity.
Configuration of the Setup Wizard on the WAP121 and WAP321
Password Complexity Configuration on the Cisco WAP121 and WAP321 Access Points
I hope this helps.

I'm having the same problem. After changing the password during the wizard, what username must be used? "cisco" does not work.
I'm trying to reset to Factory def. via reset button for more than 10 seconds as the manual with no success.
HELP!!!
