Hello all,
I have a client with a UC540 and when they try to download anything of decent size it causes all the wired phones to get busy signals and calls cannot come in. The phones are SPA508G and there are 5 of them. Once the download starts the phone will go busy in less than a minute and within 10 seconds of the download being canceled the phones come back up. I'm not sure where to start on troubleshooting this issue. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
