WAP 321, client can not get IP

I have 3 WAP321 in a cluster with 4 ssid each to special VLAN, they work in B/G/N mode with mac filtering and DHCP on windows 2012 server, some mobiles can not get IP after authentication

Hi PulseTech,

The easiest way to resolve this would be to call TAC and open a service request so an engineer can check everything with you over a remote session.

It could be a trunking, AAA or DHCP issue and diagnosing over the forum will be difficult.
