I have two of these units setup as wireless bridging between two offices across a parking lot (about 25 yards, straight LOS, no obstruction). I am having a lot of problems with one or the other units suddenly stopping to respond. Looking around initially I found the following thread which described my problem exactly, just that user was using it as an actual AP and not a bridge.

The thread indicates a new (beta at the time) firmware that was addressing the issue 2.0.4.2. I have installed this firmware, reset to factory defaults and then re-configured them to be bridges as before. The problem still occurs and the only way to recover is to power cycle them.
This is incredibly disruptive to business when it happens randomly from a few minutes to a few hours, the staff at the office have gotten used to having to power cycle it a few times during the day, but this is NOT an acceptible solution. I would appreciate any input on what the root cause of this problem is and how to work around it (IE some configuration setting that will avoid the lockups) if there is not an official patch or other firmware that can be put to use.
