I have 4 of these access points in a small office building. 2 on the first floor and 2 on the 2nd floor using POE
All 4 share the same SSID, auto channel selected, using WPA2 encryption. AP mode is set as default.
My issue is the following:
My Users and guest are getting "limited access" when they try to connect to the WAP( weather first or 2nd floor)so the access point is having issues forwarding the DHCP packets. In some cases the SSID profile is already established with our existing users. I have looked at DHCP (which comes from server) and we have many available addresses. The only remedy I have right now is to reboot the WAP one, or 2 at a time (by floor), then the user finally connects to the WAP without further assistance. The after a day or so the same thing happens over and over. In a week I probably reboot these access points at least 10 - 15 times. These WAPS are no longer supported by tech support. So I am hoping for someone to have some insight on these devices before I have them replaced
