1 SSID mapped to a group interface. What to do when default gateway is down?

I have

1 SSID, that is mapped to a group interface: GroupInterface01, which contains 2 dynamic interfaces:

Data1: in VLAN-10 with default gateway: 10.10.10.1

Data2: in VLAN-20 with default gateway: 10.10.20.1

Sometimes the default gateway of either Data1 or Data2 goes down, which makes half of the users not able to get out of the VLAN.

Is there a way to mitigate this? Maybe something in WLC to monitor the default gateways and stop sending users to that interface if the gateway is down?

Vlan Select or Interface group should consider those sort of issues & mark that interface as "dirty" for period of time. In that way if DHCP attempt was not successful that interface is highly likely not to choose for pooling for a time period.

Refer below document

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/5500-series-wireless-controllers/113465-vlan-select-dg-00.html

Having said that, what is the reason for these gateway go off line time to time. I would investigate that & fix it.

Shorten the DHCP lease...as the clients who are currently  connected or the wlc cant do anything  about the GW down.
