1522 AP will not join the mesh network.

One of my Mesh APs dropped off of the network, it was hard wired to  power, but used the A radio for backhaul to another 1522 that was  hardwired to the data network. (C1520-K9W8-M), Version 15.2(2)JA1  -- AIR-LAP1522AG-A-K9

AP had a static IP/default gateway and hostname. Using a WLC 5508 running 7.3.112

I have removed the AP from the outside wall and connected it to a power injector and connected it to the network via CAT5. I'm getting the following errors.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? looks like it cannot find the B radio.

It does this over and over

You can't power up the radios using PoE. You need an injector of the AC power plug in order to power up the 1522. The AP will boot with the PoE, but radios will not come up.

I am using the AIR-PWRINJ1500-2 power injector. I have this same power injector working on 7 1522s right now.

The issue is related to PCI componenet on the AP hardware.

It's possible that something is not working. If this has been working and now you get this error,means mesh AP is bad and will have to RMA the device. As long as you know it's drawing enough power then u must open a TAC case and get an RMA. The Replacement is the resolution and please contact your reseller or partner and if ur are the partner then RMA ids the resolution..

Well since this AP was working and now it isn't, from the console, you see the radio is down. If the AP joins the WLC again and you don't see the radio, then you have a bad AP and will have to RMA that or replace it.

Yes, it was working for about 1 year. No changes were made to it, then it died. We did however have some -7F days with the windchill around -30F last week right before it stopped working.
