What radio are these laptops connected on?  802.11a or 802.11b?

Most laptop clients are connected in 802.11n..only few in 802.11 ac

Are these SoE machines? If they are, what OS are these laptops, what is exact model of the wireless NIC and the drivers of the wireless NIC?

Its a standard enviornment..Most of Machines are windows 7,8,10..Driver Version

Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter majority...

This is PoC Demo Only with Cisco Wireless..

We are having Ruckus Devices in our network..But we are facing frequent Disconnection in Ruckus..

So we planned a demo with Cisco...

Ruckus is Live in Network...Is there will be any interfernce with existing wireless..??

Configuration is default..

Only single ssid...All radios are enabled..a,b,g,n,ac are up...

kindly update what all i need to check...

Just as I suspected.  The "slow network" maybe caused by co-channel interference since the wireless clients are operating in 802.11b channel.  I am also suspecting that all the low-speed data rates are enabled.

how can i disable low speed data rate..??
