In our company we have install 23 AP1200 configured in channels 1-6-11,

AP1200?????

lately we started to have some of our user get disconnected from the network when using our HHT to scan product.

And what radio protocol do the wireless clients get more disconnection?

We have AP-1231-K9 using radio 0 in all channels , and the problems is intermittent the HHT that communicate with the AP are 7535G2.

Thank you in advance.

There's a strong chance it's due to co-channel interference.

You think that we should use different channels, all of the AP are located but some of them are close to each other. That could be another issue.

Thank you for your time and advice.

Do you also have radio1? That does 5ghz and that freq range might be less interfered than 2.4 (neighbours/DECT/Microwave/Bluetooth).

The 1231 we have only have the radio 0 available, should all the AP need to be under the same channel. Another question I have is the external option and the gain should I put that information in or it does not affect the signal.

Thank you very much.
