2702 APs getting dropped from the 2504 WLC

Hi all,

Could you please help with the following issue? We were experiencing a lot of drops on the wireless network. We upgraded the firmware for the devices , but it didnt help. We upgraded the firmware (per TAC's recommendation abd it helped solve the wireless drops issue). However the AP's seem to be disconnecting / disassociating from the WLC periodically. See attached images for details. Let me know what other steps I can take to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance

If these APs are in local mode, then how are the APs powered?

Have you checked the switch for any line errors?

Hey Leo, Thanks for responding. Yes they are in local mode. The switch hasnt reflected any errors. We had recently upgraded to 7.6.130 which resulted in fixing the network drops issue. However this APs getting disassociated from the WLC issue persists.

What is/are the uptime of the APs?

How are the APs powered?  PoE?  Injector?  PS?
