I think the answer to this is no, but I want to double check because I know some of the older Aironets had these features. Does any flavor of the standalone code for the 3702 have routing features with services you'd typically find on a SOHO router/AP? I have a bunch of 3702s coming out of service and I have a couple use cases where I need to do some simple LAN/WAN routing and need at minimum support for NAT and DHCP.

AP can act as WLC controller to offer Services when you use Mobility express:

@bb3702 does not support Mobility Express.
you can define VLAN's and asign SSID to VLAN...
edit and corrected:
You can define a DHCP server and routing according to doc:
You can also configure an access point to act as a DHCP server to assign IP settings to devices on both your
wired and wireless LANs.
Note
When you configure the access point as a DHCP server, it assigns IP addresses to devices on its subnet.
The devices communicate with other devices on the subnet but not beyond it. If data needs to be passed
beyond the subnet, you must assign a default router. The IP address of the default router should be on
the same subnet as the access point configured as the DHCP server.
