3802i AP stops at "init>>" mode after every restart

Hi,

I have tried to configure 3802i to capwap in order to join this AP to a controller, after i reset the AP by pressing the mode button and powering it up i started getting this message on every restart.

console log after restart:

Contact Cisco TAC and get their assistance to re-flash the AP.

The TAC team couldnt re-flash the AP but directly approved for RMA when i updated them the issue and screen shots of console.
