3802i - No Rx Neighbor Information

I have (2) 3802i deployed among 34 others and they are the only one's not showing Rx information. I have rebooted them with no resolution. I can see these two APs from other APs but not vice versa. Might anyone know if this is a bug? We are running 8.3.143.0

We saw this issue in 8.5.161 on 3702s but a reboot always resolved the issue. I never found a bug and we never opened a ticket for it.
