No it's not just for backhaul. Only used for backhaul is in mesh mode. Usually the mode is local or FlexConnect so it will use both radios for clients. Even in mesh you can allow for backhaul client access on the 5ghz.

The 3602 is a a/b/g/n device. So you have both the 2.4ghz and the 5ghz on the 3600's. Clients decide on what radio band they will associate to. I don't really understand what you mean by how much of the spectrum the clients get... The AP, depending on what country it is configured for will have available channels to use on each the 2.4ghz and the 5ghz band. Again, it depends on the country code for the AP... whats allowed and the clients decide what band it will associate to.
Thanks,
Scott

sorry, my wording was incorrect there. yes, so they will have both 2.4 & 5ghz.
but isn't 5ghz used for backhaul path? how does the 3602 then use 5ghz for client path.
