5508 wireless controller - and limit SSID's

I am trying to figure out if I can limit some of my access points to only some SSIDs available – instead of everything that’s available on the controller?

Yes... You need to look at using AP groups.

Here is a support doc that e plains ap groups. This way you create ap groups that has specific ssids and what interface the SSID is tied to and then you add APs to that ap group.
