Hi
I have a 5520 WLC with a defective HD in need of replacement.
Since these are end of life I can get a new intel drive but I cannot find any information on the installation of the system
have the AIR-CT5520-K9-8-10-162-0.aes code but do I need to download any other file to re-image the new drive?
thanks

End-of-Sale, yes.
End-of-Life, no. The SDD can still be RMA-ed until 31 January 2027.

Depends on what options and or what the boot process (on the console) has to say when you power on the device after disk replacement.

If you have valid service contract, open TAC case and initiate RMA for device.

Hi Kassun
No, I do not have a service contract. this is why I am going this route.
I have never had to image one of these drives.
Many thanks for the reply- Tony
