7921 restarting very often

we have a problemwith some phones restarting up to 10 times in one hour. In the log files I could see the following lines:

Is there a problem with the hardware or the firmware?

Have you made any headway with this issue?

I found out that there is a Bug (CSCti36330) which described the problem.

TAC is working on it, but we do not get an answer if there is firmware release without this bug.

I also found out that a lot of people have such problem and I could not understand why Cisco is not able to solve it. We are still waiting but our customer is getting annoyed about that.

Hopefully we will get a solution as soon as possible.

We got a new Firmware from Cisco 1.3.4SR1(SU1) We have uploaded this firmware to some phones and hopefully the problem will be away.
