7925G High Jitter/Packet loss/Audio issues

We've got five 7925G's on site, all are pulling from a common profile, so apart from IP addresses and extensions they are identical.

One has been added more recently, and has persistent issues with calls cutting in and out, usually for 5-20 seconds. This happens typically several times a minute, leaving the phone unusable.

Site survey shows comparable RSSI strength to the other phones.

Looking for suggestions on where to look for a solution to this.

All Phones have a firmware version 1.4.6.3

All other settings are identical, other than the newest phone having a hardware revision of 3, compared to 2 on the other 4.

The four functioning phones report a MOS LQK of 4.5 across the board.

The phone with the issue reports something around 2 (Changes regularly) As well as having Max Jitter of 4-500 when in use.

We're using them with UCCX version 8.5 & UCCM version 8.6 if relevant.

Will add any further details requested.

the first question that i would ask if i'm troubleshooting wireless phone :

does this issue occur only while the client is roaming ? or it's occur sporadically even when the client is stationary ?

please share :

show sysinfo /from the WLC

show wlan <voice WLAN id>

as this issue looks a client issue , then can you set the logging level to trace , and when you notice the issue take the time stamp of it (time should match phone time) , and download the logs from the phone GUI , share these look to have a look at them

Issue occurs at all times, regardless of roaming. (Site has a single AP only, small building with good coverage throughout)

Will attempt to pull logs. Web interface has been pretty unusable for us. Usually have to reload 10-20 times before log downloads will succeed. (Happens for all phones.)

EDIT: Attached the log file. Error occurred at 15:18 06/15/15

nothing interested in the phone logs ,

is the AP autonomous AP ? or OEAP connected to WLC ?

set the below to trace level on phone GUI , and try to download the logs after the occurrence:

Kernel

Wireless LAN Driver

Call Control

Network Services

Audio System

System

also collect packet capture at switchport (if possible).

*these logs will be also needed if a TAC case required .

Good version/firmware.

Describe your WLAN?  If the WLAN are all Cisco then:

1.  What model of WLC and what firmware verison;

2.  What model of AP;

Describe your LAN.
