Hi

The most important information is probably this "regulatory domain is not supported.

Which Access Ponit do you have?  I need the complety part-number.  You can take it on the WIRELESS tab, click on the Access Point with the problem and go to "Inventory" the information I need is Product-ID, first information on the top.

Which WLC and version?

Hi flavio,

I am having AIR-CAP1702I-I-K9 which is connected to CISCO 2500 SERIES WLC. particular this AP only having this regulatory domain issue. Could you pls resolve the issue please.

Hi

Can you check which Country do you have on the WLC. It seems that the AP and WLC is not aligned on the regulatory domain.

You can check it at WIRELESS tab, and Country, down below.  You need to check your country.

AIR-CAP1702I-I-K9  - this must be ASIA?

what is your country?

check https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/assets/prod/wireless/wireless-compliance-tool/index.html

and find your country. if your regulatory domain not matched with APs domain, that can be a issue. may be you havent configured regulatory domain 'i' in WLC. check that also.

Please rate this and mark as solution/answer, if this resolved your issue
Good luck
