802.11a ssid not visible

Hi:

We have a cisco 2504 WLC (8.1.102.0) with 9 AIR-AP2702I-UXK9, with several ssid, I configured one of them to use radio policy 802.11a only (If I set  to all clients only connect to 2.4Ghz) . My problem is with this ssid I cannot see it on laptops, iphone, android (of course the can connect to 5Ghz radio), 802.11a/n/ac is up on configuration and I see it enabled on channel 36

Which can be the problem? Any Ideas?

Did you prime your APs for the correct country code ? If not 5GHz radio won't come up. Refer below document
