802.11ac module for Cisco Wireless Access Point 3602

Hi,

Can Anybody suggest that, Is 802.11ac wireless module for Cisco Access Point 3602 is available to order ?

Also, please advise about what Wireless controller we need to use for the support of 802.11ac wireless standard ?

802.11ac will support only on 5700 series wireless controller ? Or it will support with 5508 Series also ?

Any valuable info would be highly appreciated.

The module is orderae already since a few of my clients have purchased them. They have not shipped yet but suppose to be soon. It will work with the 5508's as that's is what my clients have also.

Dear Fella,

Thank you for the valuable info. But I found 802.11ac support mentioned only on 5760 controller datasheet not in 5500 series controllers. Is it software dependant for the controller ? If so, we can updgrade firmware for 802.11ac support ?

Also could you please provide the partnumber for 802.11ac wireless module for Cisco Access Point 3602 ?

It is code dependent and the v7.5 will support it. I don't have the part number for this.
