I've got a 9120 that will continuously boot up, and reset itself while in the boot up process. Looking through the output I have noticed these.
[12/13/2019 04:12:44.1470] Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception
[12/13/2019 04:12:44.1470] CPU2: stopping
[12/13/2019 04:12:44.1470] CPU0: stopping
[12/13/2019 04:12:44.1470] CPU1: stopping
I can access the U-Boot to try and reflash the image before starting an RMA. It's as if the ethernet port on the AP is not active when I try to do a 'tftpboot'. I remember back in the ROMMON days you had to do the tftpinit command to initialize this. I cannot find if there is a command for this in the u-boot. Most of the articles I've found say call TAC and have them upgrade it via console. Is that a command only they can run because I do not see it documented anywhere. This may not be the fix for this issue, but it's something worth trying before sending it back for repair. Any info or links to articles I must of missed would be appreciated.
