need some clarity:
if the number of connected users increses than normal will it cause user disconnection if the ap is connected in gigabit ethernet port?
We are encountering the error like client PMKID mismacth.
is it related to the interface utilization also FT is enabled in wlan

- I don't think PMKID mismatch is related to AP usage and load ; more likely bug(s)
Include controller model and software version being used ,

controller 9800-L:
AP:9130-Flex mode
WLC:17.9.5

- There are a number of bugs which could be related in https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch?pf=prdNm&prdNam=Cisco%20Catalyst%209800%20Series%20Wireless%20Controllers&kw=PMKID&bt=custV&sb=anfr
Therefore and since 17.9.x is EOL I would advise to upgrade 17.12.4 ,
