9174E Question

Hi, anyone knows is using AFC is mandatory for 9174E APs or I can still get away from enabling AFC if I stay within Low Power Indoor (LPI) on 6Ghz.

Never mind, seems like AFC is going to be mandatory.

Actually, AFC is not required if you are using the 9174E in low power mode indoors. However, if you are using the access point in LPI mode and follow the indoor operating rules, then you can operate without AFC.

that is not correct, as per FCC use of external antennas on 6 GHz devices is tied to the Standard Power (SP) designation, if it was integrated antenna (even directional integrated) then what you are saying is correct.
