Access Point 2802 with Skewed Time. Not taking into account BST.

We have a WLC 5520 running version 8.10.190 connect to various access points, model 2802.  Our WLC has the correct time and date and taking into account BST but our access points have the correct date but is using GMT, meaning our access points have their time 1 hour behind.

The acess points takes its ntp info from the wlc and within access point its ntp config is greyed out.  Any idea how to sync the time correctly so it includes BST on all access points?

  - Is the controller using an NTP server, has it synced correctly ?
 +  Have a try with 8.10.196.0

Yes the wlc is synched correctly. We don't have any parameters. Just ntp
and destination ip address from source.

  - Ok , as per https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html have a try with 8.10.196.0

Ap cli has limited commands. This command is not available. It seems it auto syncs time with controller. It's only an hour out and the date is correct.

The above command is for the WLC.

Leo's answer is correct and as he says the command is applied on the WLC not the AP!

I just wanted to add:
NTP syncs time and that is always done in UTC time.
The timezone setting is a completely separate function used by the operating system for displaying the time in the correct time zone - it does not change the operation of NTP time synchronisation.
