Access Point not join WLC

Hi

I have a problem with most AIR-AP1832I-A-K9 model access points.

This is the error message displayed in the terminal.

This AP model supports driver version newer than 7.0.0.0!

The WLC software version ---- 8.3.122.0

This access point was working until yesterday

I wait for answers, thanks

He's on 8.3.122.0 @Leo Laohoo  - it's just another failed 1832 and the rubbish/confusing/misleading error messages that COS provides.  When the radio fails it still tries to join but the CAPWAP join is malformed (missing information element for the hardware) , which is obviously a bug in and of itself, but the (mis)handling of that is what causes these messages.  Of course it doesn't help that they're running such old software ...

If you insist on running old software version like 8.3 at least get the last version of it - 8.3.150.0.
Ideally upgrade to latest 8.5 at least as per TAC recommended link below (if your APs and WLC are supported).
