ACS 4.0 and nested Windows groups

Can the ACS process user mappings for users that belong to nested groups?

i.e. user Dave belongs to engineering group and this group is contained in the CompanyA group

Can the ACS be setup to map user Dave to a certain ACS group based on the CompanyA group?

Can you give me more information on what you are trying to achieve. Why would you need a nested user group.?

If group a and b are contained in group c then a user that is member of group a is also a member of group c.

Can the ACS be used to check on membership of group c for this particular user?
