Adding access points into CMX 10.2 Presence

I have CMX Presence 10.2 and I have my Cisco 5520 WLC added to CMX but whenever I am adding additional AP's to the WLC I am not seeing them in CMX Presence and Analytics, Manage, Access Points, Select Access Points.  I can see the ones that I have already added to sites but I am not seeing any new AP's Do I have to stop and restart the cmx service every time I need to see and add new access points?
